H B Wilson is Harrington Burton Wilson  (1843-1909)
In the 1881 Census he is recorded as an "Artist Marine"
J Swain is likely either Joseph Swain (1820-1909)
or his son Joseph Blomeley Swain (1845-1931)
Joseph Swain the elder was regarded as one of the top engravers of his time and worked with many famous artists.
